株式会社SOLプラネット（以下「当社」）は、本サービス「ためるん」の提供にあたり、以下のとおり個人情報の取扱いについて定めます。
1. 取得する情報
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得することがあります。（1）ウォレットの公開アドレス（ウォレット接続時）、（2）本サービス内での利用状況・進捗データ（お世話の記録、連続日数・レベル、着せ替え設定等）、（3）通知の送信を許可した場合のプッシュ通知トークン、（4）端末情報・アクセスログ等の技術的情報。当社が秘密鍵・シードフレーズを取得することは一切ありません。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、本サービスの提供・維持・改善、複数端末間でのデータ同期、通知の送信、不正利用の防止、お問い合わせ対応のために利用します。
3. 第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、サーバー・データベース等のインフラ提供事業者に処理を委託する場合があります。なお、Solanaブロックチェーン上の取引・残高情報は、その性質上、誰でも閲覧可能な公開情報です。
4. データの保存
本サービスの一部データ（お世話の記録等）は、複数端末間での同期のため端末とサーバーの双方に保存されます。ウォレット未接続の状態（おためしモード）で利用する場合は、データは端末内にのみ保存されます。
5. データの開示・削除等の請求
ユーザーは、当社に対し、自己に関する保有情報の開示、訂正、削除等を請求することができます。ご請求は、本サービス内でご案内するお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
ユーザーは、本サービスの設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、お世話の記録（ためるん・連続日数・ずかん・おみやげの履歴）、紐づけたウォレットの登録、通知の登録、ログインに用いる情報（メールアドレス等。当社が利用する認証事業者に保存されたもの）を削除します。利用状況の統計（アカウントの識別子と端末の識別子にもとづくもので、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報を含みません）は、サービス改善のため削除後も保持します。ブロックチェーン上の資産と取引の記録は当社が削除できるものではなく、そのまま残ります。
6. 未成年者の利用
当社は、未成年者から法定代理人の同意なく個人情報を取得することを意図していません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本サービス内での掲示により周知します。

SOL Planet Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle personal information in providing the app "Tamerun" (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect: (1) your wallet's public address when you connect a wallet; (2) your usage and progress data within the Service (e.g. care records such as streaks and levels, and outfit settings); (3) a push-notification token if you enable notifications; and (4) technical information such as device information and access logs. We never collect your private key or seed phrase.
2. Purpose of Use
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, sync your data across devices, send notifications, prevent fraud, and respond to inquiries.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share information we collect with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may, however, entrust processing to infrastructure providers (servers, databases, etc.) to the extent necessary to operate the Service. Note that transaction and balance information on the Solana blockchain is inherently public and viewable by anyone.
4. Data Storage
Some Service data (such as your care records) is stored both on your device and on our servers to enable syncing across devices. If you use the Service without connecting a wallet (guest mode), your data is stored only on your device.
5. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your information that we hold. Please contact us through the support channel provided within the Service.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion removes your care records (your Tamerun, streak, collection and souvenir history), linked wallets, notification registrations, and your login information (such as your email address, stored with our authentication provider). Usage statistics, which are keyed to account and device identifiers and contain no personally identifying information such as your name or email address, are retained after deletion to improve the Service. Assets and transaction records on the blockchain cannot be deleted by us and remain as they are.
6. Use by Minors
We do not intend to collect personal information from minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary. Any changes will be announced within the Service.
