この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社SOLプラネット（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ためるん」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、ユーザー自身が管理するウォレットを用いてSolanaブロックチェーン上でのステーキング等の操作を行うことを支援する、ノンカストディアル（非保管型）のアプリケーションです。当社は、ユーザーの秘密鍵・シードフレーズ・SOL等の資産を一切預かりません。ステーキング・引き出し等の操作は、すべてユーザー自身のウォレットにおける承認によって実行されます。
第2条（利用資格）
本サービスは、契約締結能力を有する方を対象とします。未成年の方が利用する場合は、親権者等法定代理人の同意を得るものとします。当社は、法令上本サービスの提供が制限される国・地域に居住するユーザーの利用をお断りする場合があります。
第3条（キャンペーン）
当社は、本サービス利用者を対象に、当社の販促予算を原資とする抽選型のキャンペーン（「ふくぶくろ」等）を実施することがあります。これらのキャンペーンへの参加にあたり、ユーザーの預入額を原資とすることや、通常のステーキング利回りを減少させることは一切ありません。実施頻度・当選確率・上限額・実施の有無は、当社の判断により事前の予告なく変更されることがあります。
第4条（ステーキング報酬について）
ステーキングによって得られる報酬は、Solanaネットワークおよびバリデータの稼働状況等に依存し、その金額・継続性を当社が保証するものではありません。また、暗号資産の価格変動リスクはユーザー自身が負うものとします。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、法令に違反する行為、本サービスの不正利用・改ざん・リバースエンジニアリング、他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を行ってはなりません。
第6条（自己責任の原則）
ウォレットの秘密鍵・シードフレーズの管理は、すべてユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。当社は、ユーザー自身の管理不備、フィッシング詐欺、ウォレット提供事業者側の障害等によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
第7条（本サービスの変更・停止）
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することができるものとします。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
第8条（免責事項）
当社は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないこと、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティ上の欠陥がないこと等を明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。当社の責任は、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、法令上許容される最大限の範囲で免責されるものとします。
第9条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの周知の上、本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本サービス内での掲示その他当社が適切と判断する方法により周知された時点から効力を生じます。
第10条（アカウントの削除）
ユーザーは、本サービスの設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除の内容はプライバシーポリシーに定めます。アカウントを削除しても、ブロックチェーン上の資産はユーザーのウォレットにそのまま残ります。ウォレットの鍵の管理はユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
第11条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して当社とユーザーとの間で紛争が生じた場合には、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the app "Tamerun" (the "Service") provided by SOL Planet Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a non-custodial application that helps you perform staking and related operations on the Solana blockchain using a wallet you control. We never hold your private keys, seed phrase, or SOL. All staking, withdrawal, and other operations are executed only when approved in your own wallet.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for people with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service. We may decline service to users located in jurisdictions where offering the Service would be unlawful.
3. Campaigns
We may run promotional, chance-based campaigns for Service users (such as the "Treasure Chest"), funded entirely from our own promotional budget. Participation never reduces your staking yield or draws on user deposits. Frequency, odds, prize caps, and whether a campaign runs at all may change without prior notice, at our discretion.
4. Staking Rewards
Rewards from staking depend on the Solana network and validator performance, and we do not guarantee their amount or continuity. You bear the risk of price fluctuations in any cryptoasset involved.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to violate any law, misuse or tamper with the Service, reverse-engineer it, infringe the rights of other users or third parties, or engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
6. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet's private key and seed phrase. We are not liable for damages arising from your own mismanagement of these credentials, phishing attacks, or outages at your wallet provider.
7. Changes and Suspension of the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to you. Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any resulting damages.
8. Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranty that the Service is free of defects, fit for a particular purpose, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is disclaimed except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when we determine it necessary, after providing notice to users. Revised Terms take effect once posted within the Service or otherwise communicated in a manner we consider appropriate.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. What is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not move your assets on the blockchain; they remain in your wallet. You are responsible for managing your wallet keys.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
